Thursday, July 16th, 2009So I’ve been using the pasta maker attachment to my Kitchen Aid like gangbusters. Fresh pasta is amazing and I cannot get enough of it. Especially made with Fancy Bob’s Red Mill Flour and fresh farm eggs. BUT I always underestimate how long it will take. For some reason, I always think its only 20 minutes, when in reality its like 2 hours. So of course, when I made the pasta for Evelyn she ended up trying to stab me out of hunger

Atleast I think I have learned my lesson this time. Maybeeeeeeee heh
